Wellbeing for ME is a new specialist centre for Supported ME, CFS & Fibromyalgia Recovery previously based in Lewes, East Sussex, recently relocated to Western Australia but helping clients worldwide.

Emma Chapman-Sharp is a Naturopath who works with The Chrysalis Effect programme to support her clients through the vast array of physical symptoms and challenges arising from these conditions and help them on their journey to recovery.

With a comprehensive understanding of the triggers, phases and progression of these complicated disorders, Emma draws on her 15+ years of clinical experience  to help her clients get their lives back.

We talk 'Recovery' at Wellbeing for ME, not just 'learning to live with it'!

Emma will clearly explain the ‘WHY’ -

• Why your muscles and joints ache

• Why bad days invariably follow the good

• Why it is essential to get your hormone balance right

• Why you must always treat your adrenal glands before addressing your thyroid

• Why you lack concentration and feel fuzzy headed

• Why sleep is so difficult despite you being so tired

"I worked with Emma over a year's period and she was instrumental in helping me get my health (and life!) back after a long period of Chronic Fatigue.  I am now well on my way to recovery and everything in my life is better than it's ever been.  I feel really lucky to have met Emma and the team".   Catherine, Cheshire

Eight months ago I saw Emma after suffering Chronic Fatigue for four years. With her, I slowly began to feel better and recently went to the USA and Canada for a wedding - a trip that I had not expected to be able to make.  I booked a complicated schedule online, packed my case (with only minor lapses in concentration) and headed off for a four week break.  I have since returned and so far I have not had any aching muscles, muscle twitches or memory issues.  To think that 4 years ago I couldn't even open a travel brochure!  Dilys, East Sussex
